QWhat are your business hours?

Currently we operate Monday through Friday from 9:00AM to 6:00PM. Weekend appointments are available. Holiday hours may vary. Please give us a call at (903) 818-0357 for more information.

QDo you offer a military or first responder discount?

Yes, we do! As a former firefighter and military veteran Sundance Property Inspection is proud to honor our military and or first responders with a discounted home inspection. Please contact us for details.

QWhat areas do you service or cover?

We proudly serve the North Texas areas from Dallas to the Oklahoma state line. If the property requiring an inspection is not in the Area Map below please give us a call and give us a chance to work something out for you.

QAny prerequisites to obtain an inspection?

Yes a pre-inspection agreement is required to be signed and agreed to by both the client (buyer or seller) and the inspector before the inspection can proceed.

QHow can I contact you?

QWhen can I expect to receive my inspection report?

Texas licensed inspectors are required to provide the report within two days after payment and report completion. Normally you will receive it from us the following day after the inspection.

QWhat payment methods do you accept?

At this time we accept all major credit cards (such as MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover). We also accept Zelle. After we receive the signed pre-inspection agreement you will receive an email link for payment.

QHow long does a typical home inspection take?

There are so many variables to that question; age of the property, square footage, one or two stories, specialized extra inspections, etc. But as a basic answer usually between two to three hours to do a thorough inspection.

QWhat defines a home inspection in Texas?

A real estate inspection is a visual survey of a structure and a basic performance evaluation of the systems and components of a building. It provides information regarding the general condition of a residence at the time the inspection was conducted. Inspector resposibility: The inspection is governed by the Texas Real Estate Commision (TREC) Standards of Practice (SOP’s), which dictates the minimum requirements for a real estate inspection.

QAre you licensed and insured?

Yes, all Texas Home Inspectors are required to obtain a state license and be insured to a state mandated minimum of coverage.

QIs there any Consumer Protection in Texas?

Yes, all licensed Texas Home Inspectors are governed by the Texas Real Estate Commision. Please visit the Consumer Protection page for additional information and a link to TREC.
